Who we are
Aspire Care Home Consultancy was founded in 2017 by Kim and Holly, having worked together on a variety of health and social care projects over the previous years, they decided to put their skills and knowledge to good use. Aspires wide range of consultancy services and CQC support tailored for each care home provider, individuals, or other professionals ensures the best outcomes for all.
What we do
Every customer is unique. That’s why we customise every one of our plans to fit your needs exactly. Whether it’s a small strategy or a comprehensive effort, we’ll sit down with you, listen to your requests, and prepare a customised plan. Our support can be a one off or ongoing for as long as you need us.
Kim Dawson (Registered Nurse) Bsc (Hons)
Kim Has been a qualified nurse for 20 years, having worked in the private, public and charitable/not for profit sectors of health care. Kim has laterally worked as a Registered Manager of 2 ‘outstanding’ care homes, as an Admiral Nurse (Dementia Specialist Nurse) across Cheshire and Wirral, and a Senior Quality Assurance Manager. Having provided education to pre and post registration nurses, GP’s, and to local CCG staff, being published in clinical journals for her work in Dementia care, participating in a national research project with Dementia UK, and featuring in the End of Life Partnerships AGM (2017) her clinical skills are always kept up to date.
Having an expert understanding of all relevant legalities of the care home sector and the NEBOSHH Health and Safety qualification Kim can advise and guide to help you achieve the best you can be.
Holly Dooley (Level 5 Management in Health and Social Care)
Holly has worked in the different health care sectors for over 15 years in a number of roles, most recently as a senior manager involved in the administration, HR, and day-to-day running of multi-site care homes, achieving an ‘outstanding’ rating. Holly has led charities to success and having financial control has ensured their integrity has been upheld. Holly has helped small local businesses with their start up agenda’s with their social media platforms. Holly’s passion is about making things better, and her knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 ensures full compliance.
Holly has been heavily involved with service development and has progressed home’s forward with regards to their community links and by looking at improving service users daily life and evidencing this.
