⭐Package 2 – Policies and Procedures, Audit Toolkits and Care Planning Documentation – Price £1,200 – (this is a one off payment however if subscribed to our monthly subscription we will continue to send up-dated policies and procedures, or if you require a policy not in our catalogue we will provide this for you)

⭐Package 3 – A regulatory (CQC/CIW) style inspection package – Prices starting from £999

Aspire knows how daunting a forth coming inspection can be, we have been there! Whether you have been involved with a CQC/CIW inspection previously or this is your first one our ‘mock’ inspection is instrumental in your preparation and will assist you in highlighting any improvements needed, or helping you show case your positives.
We will provide a full report on our findings, create you an action plan if needed, and continue to support you for 28 days after our visit (unless you have subscribed to our monthly subscription, were support is on-going).

This package includes:

◾A review of your previous inspection report
Statement of purpose and service user guide review and guidance
◾Premises walk around to include Health and Safety, environmental and infection control aspects
◾Reviewing the documents and evidence that CQC/CIW will ask for when performing their inspection, to include health care, health and safety, training, HR, audits and compliance documents
◾Our KLOE audit will identify areas of improvement needed or highlight positives to showcase you service that will cover SAFE, CARING, RESPONISVE, EFFECTIVE and WELL-LED.
◾We will talk to residents, team members, relatives and visiting professionals to gain pre-feedback
◾Interview team members to ensure they know what to expect on the day of inspection and how to prepare

⭐Package 4 – For new Care Homes Start up package (Combination of packages 1 & 2) Prices from £2200
This package is designed as a starter package for new care homes. It comprises of all aspects of the Registration Package and the Policies and Procedures, Audit Toolkits and Care Planning Documentation package. Taking away the stress and the additional time needed that you just do not have, this package does it all for you.

⭐Package 5 – For existing Care Homes (Combination of packages 2 & 3) Prices from £2200
This package is designed for existing care homes awaiting their forth coming inspection from CQC/CIW, or for those that what to get ahead in the care sector by ensuring they are fully aware of what is needed to be compliant before CQC/CIW visit. This package comprises of the Policies and Procedures, Audit Toolkits and Care Planning Documentation package and the Regulatory (CQC/CIW) style inspection package. This has proven to be one of our most popular packages.

⭐Package 6 – For Care Homes rated ‘Inadequate’, ‘Requires Improvement’ or in ‘Special Measure’ (prices start from £2999)
Aspire pride themselves on their ‘turnaround’ ability in the care home sector. We have worked in a number of homes taking them from strength to strength, from ‘Inadequate’ to ‘Good’, and from ‘Good’ to ‘Outstanding’ ratings. Through our audit process, working alongside staff and managers, subsequent action planning, and liaising with the appropriate bodies we offer a combination of any of our packages, to ensure that next rating is achievable. We will work alongside you in the care home for a full week, offering support in implementing actions as necessary. Aspire will then offer you a period of evaluation with qualitative audits in anticipation of your next inspection.

⭐Package 7 – Focused Audits with or without training (Prices from £499 (£599 with associated training))
Aspire offers focused audits. If you are concerned about one area of your service, or a visiting professional has highlighted an issue, we can help. Our focused audits will ensure that this domain is fully compliant. We also offer a 1.5 hour training session on the day (for unlimited staff numbers) in relation to this area of concern.

⭐Package 8 – Training & Supervision package (£499 per day for unlimited number of staff)

Aspire recognises the everyday challenges of deciding which training should be mandatory for your service. CQC/CIW state training should be relevant to your service and the people that use it. Different Local Authorities also stipulate contractually the number of times supervision should be provided to your staff. Aspire offer a full day at your service tailoring it to your needs and staff available. Specifically we can offer a full day providing supervision to your staff, or 4 training sessions of your choice from the list below:

⭐Package 9 – Mystery Shopper (Prices from £189 depending on distance)

Our most popular package for Registered Providers – do you know how your staff perform in your absence? How much do they support what you are trying to achieve? Aspire offers a ‘mystery shopper’ service. We will visit your home at your request, and will ask to be shown around. We will ask your staff questions about the service you offer and report back to you with a full unbiased report on how the people looking after your service are selling your business.

⭐Package 10 – ASPIRE Monthly Subscription £89.99 per month

Our monthly subscription will give providers & managers (and other team members if necessary) the peace of mind that someone is available to give advice on all matters of Care Home activity. We can provide support, single documents as required upon request and advise as situations arise. (Additional support can be provided at a cost of £120.00 per hour for more complex consulting needs such as on-going safeguarding or embargos)
